We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on AlphabetMyths.com. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for both digital and physical products.


Digital Products

All sales of digital products (downloads, guides, illustrations, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the file or link has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement.


Physical Products (Print-on-Demand, Dropshipping)

Our physical products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. While we do not handle the shipping directly, we work with trusted partners to ensure quality and delivery.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is not what was ordered
  • The package is lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer
  • Custom products unless damaged or incorrect

To request a refund, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
